What's THAT point for?
Updated: Apr 16
People always ask me 'Why do you always choose THIS point?' So here's my reasoning behind using this unique point. I like to use this point to assist people in letting things go. I mean this both emotionally and physically. Whether it's mourning a relationship, job loss or a part of your past...to releasing neck and shoulder tension...to dropping a baby through the birth canal encouraging labour...or in assisting in let-down reflex to increase milk supply. You can press that point yourselves (or ideally encourage someone to give you a little shoulder rub) and it should feel fantastic!
